After your session, all your high-quality images will be available through an online digital gallery. From there, you can easily select and download your JPEG files, perfect for ordering prints, creating albums, and more. Rest assured, once you’ve downloaded your files, the digital watermark visible in the gallery will be removed.
Your gallery will remain open for 90 days, giving you ample time to make your selections. After this period, your gallery will be archived for one year. However, I strongly advise you to save and back up your photos as soon as possible. This is essential to ensure the safety and longevity of your images. Consider storing them on an external drive, an online service, or even making a copy to keep in a safety deposit box. Please note that I cannot guarantee the replacement of lost or damaged images.
If you’re interested in ordering prints, your gallery is directly connected to a professional print company, making it easy to obtain high-quality prints. If you prefer to download your files and order prints from other sources, I recommend using reputable online options such as Artifact Uprising, Mpix, or Shutterfly. However, please avoid using big-box chains like Walmart, Target, or Costco, as these are not approved for printing your images. Should you have any questions about your print release or the ordering process, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
When placing print orders, it’s important to be mindful of excessive cropping, as it can lead to a loss of resolution and parts of the image being cut off. To preserve the integrity of your photos, it’s generally best to keep them as close to their original size as possible. Additionally, avoid selecting color correction when dealing with any photo lab, as this may alter the intended colors of your images.
You are welcome to make copies of the images for personal use, but please remember that altering, editing (including adding filters), or changing these prints in any way is prohibited. Cropping the image to fit a specific print size is allowed, but the overall look and feel of the photo should remain intact.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your cherished memories are preserved in their best possible form.
