Newborn Portrait Session - $550 + WV Sales tax • up to 3-hour session • digital file gallery w/print release • in-studio only • parents and siblings many be included • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your spot on the calendar.
I recommend booking your session during your second or early third trimester to secure a spot. I accept a limited number of newborn sessions each month and schedule based on due dates, allowing flexibility for the actual session date. Newborn session lengths are approximated to allow time for feedings and diaper changes. Sessions are scheduled during the week. Limited weekend dates available. Newborn sessions are best scheduled around 14 days old and take place at the 304 Collective studio in Fairmont. Use of high-end newborn props. wraps, headbands, bonnets and misc accessories included. Ask about Maternity and Fressh 48 add-on options and First Year Package details.
All images are delivered through an online gallery and are ready for download. 50% non-refundable retainer fee due at time of booking. The balance amount is due before the scheduled session date. Outdoor sessions are available in April-October.
Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm All correspondence will be done during office hours. If received outside of the listed hours, replies will be received the next day.
