In-Studio Sessions are available year-round at the 304 Collective in Fairmont, WV. Weekend dates for in-studio sessions are very limited.
Outdoor Sessions are offered April through October.
Retainer Fee: A $150 non-refundable retainer is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to the session.

Pets - Yes, pets are welcome! I do recommend keeping your dog on a leash and limiting their time in the session to just a few minutes. Sometimes pets can become a bit of a distraction, which can take up valuable session time trying to get them to cooperate.
I suggest that one of you take the dog out to the car after a few minutes.

Cake Smash Session Details - Cake smash sessions are held at the 304 Collective Studio. I like to use a white wooden highchair for posing. I no longer supply the smash cake for the session. I suggest clients bring a vanilla cake no larger than 6 inches with vanilla frosting (avoiding brightly colored icing to prevent prop and fabric staining). Some clients have opted for large cupcakes, cookies, favorite fruit, cotton candy cake or donuts as instead of the traditional cake. 

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
All correspondence will be done during office hours. If received outside of the listed hours, replies will be received the next day.
